What’s Buzz-worthy: This pair of packs included a printing plate of a big name from a number of 1970s/1980s/1990s comedies (this card focusing on his role in Trading Places) and then I had to get out the Google machine to see who the others are. (That's on me.) Henderson was on the reboot of Dallas (never watched it) and was in Desperate Housewives. Stanis was the daughter in Good Times (too old of a series for me), while GaTa is a rapper and actor on the recent FXX show Dave (too new of a series for me). This pair of packs still hits as an A-level pairing thanks to the plate -- each batch of 10 packs I have landed has had at least one -- while I suspect at least a couple of my names here don't have a lot of card appearances other than these. For $10 for the two packs -- everything being a 1/1 card for that color or texture -- these are still a win in my book for a quick and easy rip with no risk and good variety/potential for a collector. For a flipper? Maybe, maybe not ... depends on which top names you might find. For more thoughts on these, hit my other breaks ... there are a number of them and there will be more to come.
