Buzz Poll: Derrick Rose is headed to the New York Knicks -- buy or sell?

There once was a time where Derrick Rose was among the elite in the hobby, a potential future icon once the older names hung them up.
Today, he's headed to New York to become a member of the seemingly always under-achieving Knicks. What might his future in the hobby hold? Well, it probably depends on what that team looks like ... but we want your thoughts.

Is this where J.R. Smith's missing shirt went? Ok, maybe not ...
He's played a decade in the NBA for four teams but now that he's got an NBA championship there's one member of the Cleveland Cavaliers who just might have one of the rarer -- and dare we say hotter -- basketball cards of the bunch?Ok, maybe not -- but maybe J.R. Smith's missing shirt might spark interest in his memorabilia cards?
Again, maybe not, but it's a fun thought.

Father's Day is perfect day to learn more about Ernie Johnson
You probably know him as the host of Inside the NBA, the postgame show for NBA on TNT broadcasts, but there's a lot you may not know about Ernie Johnson that are perfect for this Father's Day.
Those around the Atlanta area may know that he's the son of a former Milwaukee Braves pitcher and long-time Atlanta Braves announcer, Ernie Johnson Sr., who, after a nine-year MLB career, covered the team for more than 30 years. He's one of 29 members of the Atlanta Braves Hall of Fame after he was inducted in 2001.The father appears on nearly 30 baseball cards with his Rookie Card coming in the 1954 Bowman set and his final regular-issue card in the 1960 Topps set. The son appears on just two cards -- one in the 1990-91 Hoops Announcers set, which is a rare card for its era, and the 2014-15 Panini Threads Voices of the Game autograph above.
But all of this isn't why Father's Day is the perfect time to learn more about a broadcaster and three-time Emmy Award winner we've heard plenty from since 1989.

As Swin Cash's career comes to a close, there's not much cardboard for collectors to chase
The WNBA is in its 20th season and one of the best all-around players in the history of the league, Swin Cash, announced on Tuesday that this will be the final campaign of her 15-year career."This game I love saved my life after a cancer scare. It’s provided for me and my family. It’s given me championships in college and the pros," she wrote in a piece for The Players Tribune. "And it’s asked me whether or not I had the tenacity and perseverance to compete with and against the greatest athletes in the world, and take home the prize of prizes: an Olympic gold medal. Twice."
She's one of the top players statistically -- yet she's got very little cardboard for fans to chase. Her story is not a unique one as WNBA cardboard has been largely limited to a small boxed set each year since 2009.

NSCC signers: Whose autograph would you pick first?
This year's National Sports Collectors Convention is a couple of months away and thanks to its non-traditional location -- Atlantic City, N.J. -- there are perhaps a few more guests on tap that we've not expected to see at the annual show. It's been a long time since the show was last in New Jersey -- it's largely been located in the Midwest for most of the last decade -- so regional autograph guests such as Hideki Matsui and countless others who wore pinstripes and starred for other teams in that area make sense. They'll also help draw in locals who might not normally hit the show ... just to get that ink.
Autograph ticket pricing for the show will come soon, but Buzz has picked seven top names that may not break the bank -- one per sport -- at the show.
