Bleacher Creatures readies line of plush toys for Rocky film franchise
"I must break you" will have a new twist next month as Ivan Drago becomes one of the Bleacher Creatures next month.The Plymouth, Pa.-based company has revealed a line of six plush toys for the Rocky franchise, which is celebrating its 4oth anniversary this year.
Drago was of course the main opponent of Rocky Balboa in Rocky IV and he's not the only foe in the Bleacher Creatures lineup.

Topps has been teasing some of the autograph signers for its next Star Wars set and that includes a deep, deep roster of those who have brought a universe to the screen.One of those signers is even George Lucas' son, Jett, who appears in two of the prequels -- Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith.
Believe it or not, he's signed before -- he had a single autographed card in 2013 Star Wars Galactic Files -- but that's it.

The Basics: Topps has teased a Wednesday arrival for a set examining all of the Rocky films that will apparently have inserted autographs from Sylvester Stallone. The standard cards appear to use the design from the Rocky II set previously made by Topps in 1979. Update: The set will consist of 330 cards covering six films with a price of $59.99. Autographed cards will be limited to just 10 copies apiece with four different signed cards found one in every 125 sets.

Comedy icon Gene Wilder dies at 83
He was Willie Wonka, he was Dr. Frankenstein. He was that and so much more.Gene Wilder's roles were both eclectic and memorable and they helped entertain in comedies for all ages in TV and movie roles that spanned more than five decades. He died on Sunday in Connecticut after suffering complications from Alzheimer's disease. He was 83.

Topps Crossover program gives collectors chance to turn digital trading cards into physical ones

Topps Bunt brought baseball cards to the digital realm in 2012 -- and Topps Crossover is bringing them back.
Topps revealed Crossover on Tuesday with an announcement on its website. Every Tuesday, Topps will list a Crossover card set on its site that can be ordered for just one week -- cards that had been found only in the digital realm. And they won't just be baseball, either.
“We are constantly hearing from physical trading card collectors and users of Topps’ apps how great it would be to get printed versions of the digital cards.” said Jeff Heckman, Director of New Product Development and Ecommerce marketplace. “We have taken that feedback to heart and decided to launch Topps Crossover.”

Kenny Baker, the man who brought Star Wars' R2-D2 to life, dies at 83
One of the iconic stars of the Star Wars galaxy -- one whose face you never saw on screen -- has died.Kenny Baker, who played R2-D2, was 83.
"He had a very long and fulfilled life," said his niece, Abigail Shield, to The Guardian. "He brought lots of happiness to people and we’ll be celebrating the fact that he was well loved throughout the world. We’re all very proud of what he achieved in his lifetime."
