What's buzz-worthy: The Mint model for Topps non-sports cards goes Gold for a Pixar-focused release with voice actors such as Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Larry The Cable Guy and John Ratzenberger among them based on early teasers.

The Basics: The full details were not yet released but what is known is that the base set will be 100 cards, there will be Dipped In Gold cards, single- and dual-auto cards and more in play between subsets or inserts. Among them will be Global Tour, Gilded cards, Behind The Voice with autos (/20), 100 Pixar Perfection cards, Golden Moments (two per box) and 100 Golden Icons cards.

Update: Each box will include two Golden Moments unless one is replaced by Pixar Gold insert, one serial-numbered parallel, one Kaleidoscope Gold Etch parallel and one Golden Double Acts card. There will be one Gilded Pixar auto per case with nine versions (see gallery). ... There will be 50 Animated Aura Superfractor cards to chase. ... Encased cards will include Pixar Perfection, Golden Icons, Wall Art, Pixar’s Global Tour, Behind The Voice and Super Scarer. Each of these will be limited to 100 serial-numbered clues with five parallels (see gallery). Also in the encased pack will be 100 Dipped In Gold 1/1s as well as Gold Cards for 24-Carat Pixar, Pixar Opulence, Find Nemo, Find Dory and The Piston Cup. ... A number of auto sets are in play for the encased pack -- Pixar Perfection, Golden Duos, Behind The Voice, Dipped In Gold and Pixar Perfection (/100). There also will be Golden Duos (/20), Behind The Voice (/20) and Dipped in Gold 1/1s. The first three sets will have Black (/10), Red (/5) and 1/1 Double Gold parallels.
