What's buzz-worthy: A new brand in the Topps portfolio arrives with "a perfect blend of the Topps technology with the neon colorways and kinetic imagery Disney Neon offers” as it also includes cardboard debuts for some characters.

The Basics: The full details were not yet released, but the base set will be 200 cards and it will include, for the first time, characters for Darkwing Duck, Phineas and Ferb, Epic Mickey, Descendants and Gargoyles, according to the company. Hits will include comic cuts, autographs and Chrome fans will find Chrome Etch variations for some cards and Chrome Etch autos with one big chase being Sensational Six Triple Superfractor auto books.  ... Inserts will include Neon Villains and Mickey Shorts SPs. ... Among signers will be first-timers -- Chris Sanders (Stitch), Holly Hunter (Mrs. Incredible), Jonathan Groff (Kristoff), Josh Gad (Olaf), Matthew Broderick (Simba), Owen Wilson (Lightning McQueen), Paige O'Hara (Belle), Scott Weinger (Aladdin) and Tate Donovan (Hercules). Atop those, top autos will include Billy Crystal (Mike Wazowski), Idina Menzel (Elsa), Tom Hanks (Woody), Tim Allen (Buzz Lightyear) and Samuel L. Jackson (Frozone).
