Minor league baseball cards from the past can include some weird stuff ... sometimes stuff you wouldn't imagine to be found on a baseball card. Here are some some new fun cards and oddities in this latest edition of MiLB Madness.
THE DOUBLE FEATURE
The Card: Kazoo & Diamond 2025 Choice Pensacola Blue Wahoos
The Buzz On This: In Hollywood, there's an old saying to "never work with children or animals" as they'll steal an actor's thunder, but when it comes to baseball cards at the MiLB level the animals and the mascots might reign when it comes to novelty cardboard. The card back says it all here -- the mascot is the veteran sharing his card with the rookie. You won't find this kind of star power teaming up in pretty much any MLB sets.Keep reading for more examples of some weird or fun baseball cards you can find in and around MiLB.

FORE!
The Card: Nate Alleyne 2017 Grandstand San Jose Giants
The Buzz On This: A clubhouse manager isn't somebody you'll find in MLB sets -- and this month's card isn't even this guy's first (or his last) appearance in this series. This card? It's clearly all about enjoying the natural elements of the golf course on the baseball diamond -- err, about some Photoshop -- while his other card in a past month of this series was all about fire. (OK, it's barbecue ... we can get behind that, too.) Joining these? Drink up this run of cards that reinforce the greatness that is MiLB cardboard with no tie to what it's worth. The best part? His weirdest card is still to come ...Keep reading for more examples of some weird or fun baseball cards (and other stuff) you can find in and around MiLB.
MiLB Madness: Odd baseball cards from down on the farm

MONEYBALL DOWN ON THE FARM?
The Card: Amanda Brady 2021 Choice Hudson Valley Renegades #34
The Buzz On This One: When was the last time you saw an "advanced scouting analyst" baseball card? This is a first for me and I've seen quite a bit of oddball cardboard in my time doing this series. Brady is an analyst in the Yankees organization and this card is "exactly what I always dreamed my first baseball card would be," she tweeted. There's a pretty good chance there are other analyst cards to come as the MiLB checklists continue to include the non-traditional but, right now, this is the only one I've ever seen.Keep reading for more examples of weird baseball cards you can (almost) only find in MiLB.
