THE UNIQUE ONE ...
2020 Topps T206 Series 3 baseball box
Topps 206 is a throwback to the long-ago days of tobacco cards but this series is one that is even more different from the rest from last year and those from this year as well. It's the home of players in their MiLB unis and that includes super-rookie Wander Franco on the card you see here. It's a simple 50-card release with the chase being parallel backs and the crop of players includes some notables we have already seen in MLB and others who will be there soon. Among them? Adley Rutschman, Alex Kirilloff, J.J. Bleday, Marco Luciano, Andrew Vaughn, C.J. Abrams, Jo Adell, Julio Rodriguez, Ian Anderson, Joey Bart, Bobby Witt Jr. and others. These might be their most-unique cards you'll see all year and they are not a type of release that's a huge run, either. Only 28,225 10-card packs were made so once you do the math there's probably around 4,500 copies per card -- that's got to be low by prospecting standards. I just like these since they are unique -- and I think there's some good potential here long-term.Keep reading for a few more boxes you should consider (and are likely to end up in Buzz's cart).

Fast Five: NFL players who impressed Buzz in Week 9
Fast Five is a quick list that might offer a basic starting point for a themed collection or new focus -- five things that could be fun for a beginner or a new way to add something to your stash if you're a grizzled veteran.
This time? Five NFL players who impressed Buzz in Week 9.
ANOTHER BIG WEEK
Jonathan Taylor -- RB, Colts (Rookie Cards in 2020 boxes)
To me, this week was all about the ground game at least when it came to the standouts and that started with this guy's monster showing on Thursday night. He had 19 carries for 172 yards and two TDs in a 45-30 win over the Jets. If you're a regular reader of this piece each week, then you have seen him before -- and every time he has a big game like this there are fewer and fewer steals to be found out there as more and more collectors know his name. He's reached 100 yards four times this year and this was his best day, yet though he had a 145-yard, two-TD game last month. He's got 821 yards and eight TDs on the ground this year and had a TD catch as part of a 116-yard game last month. This former second-round pick is a must-grab if you're watching football cards right now though Marlon Mack's arrival and then poof should be kept in mind, too.Keep reading for four more making up the list this time.

National Treasures cards add extra punch to Chronicles UFC
They're clearly already treasured.
The recently released 2021 Panini Chronicles UFC is the latest from a brand that across all its sports adds a nearly unprecedented amount of variety as its catch-all approach gives fans updates or new looks with familiar brands and young names all in the same spot. In the case of UFC, which is a newer addition to the Panini America portfolio, it's offering a rich breeding ground to see how upcoming brands might look -- and in this one it's the small lineup of National Treasures cards that are proving to be a monster of the Octagon cardboard in those boxes.
Base cards? They're limited to only 99 copies for just 40 fighters and some are selling for hundreds of dollars -- more than what a box presently costs in some cases. (The card above? It sold on eBay for $405 -- not even the highest.) Meanwhile, the hits, which come from a more-concentrated lineup of stars, are paying for much more than that.
