Buzz Buys: Original WWE card artwork, Santa Claus' signature, NFL standouts, a Heisman contender, 1990 Pro Set homage, Black Lotus, The Fly, The Rock, Katy Perry's autograph & more
Buzz buys and busts a lot of boxes right here for Buzz Breaks, but one of my goals is to rip a little less and talk more about cardboard that I -- and you -- might like. One way to do that? Simple show and tell -- present a few pick-ups and say why they captured my attention.
So, with all that said, here are a few Buzz Buys ... and this time around there are some really unique pieces and some normal stuff found over recent months.

BETTER THAN A BOX.
The Piece: Sasha Banks 2019 Topps WWE Undisputed original art by Rob Schamberger
The Price: Same as a box of this year's Undisputed cards
Why it’s Buzz-worthy: For the last two years, Topps' Undisputed sets have included a subset showcasing the work of WWE artist Rob Schamberger whose pieces also have been found on countless prints, shirts and more as well as in WWE Canvas 2 Canvas video shorts. How popular is his work? Well, wrestler-signed prints have their own section over at WWE Auction and he also had original card-sized works in last year's Transcendent boxes -- and this year's Undisputed set has his autographs as one of its chases. One card from last year's set that got my attention upon arrival was the Banks, which I even submitted for grading and I hadn't really thought about that one until just recently with this year's new set. What popped up? Well, he launched his new website, Schamberger Labs, where collectors can find prints, original pieces and more and that's where I found this original. For months now, I had been eyeing an original watercolor/ink piece to showcase here (story perhaps to come later ... if I do grab that one) but with the new site announcement one recent morning I checked things out and was shocked to see this original. (His photo is above since it's too large for me to photograph well.) I hadn't really imagined any art from this set ever being available but I grabbed it with little hesitation. I figured these pieces might be locked away in Topps' or WWE's possession given the card presence, but, no, the Banks and a handful of other pieces were up for grabs. (Some are still there.) These 11-by-15 pieces aren't overwhelmingly large to manage -- mine is in a photo top-loader for now -- and there's a strong chance I'll display it at some point, though I never really display any of my buys. (Well, beyond showing them off here.) This was one of my favorite finds of the year ... and it's been a good year (of shopping at home).

Black November Wave 3 is here … and here are five I'd grab
If you hadn't noticed, there are a number of boxes with discounted prices right now right here as Blowout Cards' Black November sales are going strong with Wave 3 recently dropping.
Many of the discounts are dramatic enough that Buzz once again had to sit down and ponder the possibilities in many of the boxes and cases -- and here are five boxes/cases that caught this collector’s eye ... and there's far more that just might suit your tastes in the big sale.

MORE THAN JUST MOOKIE ...
2014 Topps Heritage High Number MLB sets and cases
There was a time when these sets were super-affordable and pretty cheap considering they are loaded with Rookie Cards and include an autograph in every box, too. Then Mookie Betts blew up and so did these as people wanted one of his better RCs and a shot at his ink -- he's in there -- but he's also not alone. Here are some of the RCs that have had their ups and downs but are still in here every time -- Masahiro Tanaka, James Paxton, Randal Grichuk, Billy Hamilton, Joe Panik, Jacob deGrom, George Springer, Xander Bogaerts, Kyle Hendricks (his only RC), Yordano Ventura, Kolten Wong, Jose Ramirez, Betts and reigning American League MVP Jose Abreu. It's a pretty strong lineup on one of the best Topps vintage designs, 1965 Topps, if you ask me. Autographs can be found with red ink (/10) atop the normal ones. and that lineup does include Abreu, deGrom, Betts, Springer, Ramirez, Nick Castellanos, Oscar Tavaras, Taijuan Walker, Ventura and a number of other players.Keep reading for a few more boxes you should consider (and are likely to end up in Buzz's cart).

First Buzz preview, SPs & checklist: Click hereJacob deGrom and Mookie Betts autos just two big reasons why 2014 Topps Heritage High Number sets are scorchers
Not that long ago, one boxed set was easily found -- and it was a hotbed for Rookie Cards with a few autographs that might have some promise down the line.
That set? It's 2014 Topps Heritage High Number -- and it includes an autograph in every box along with a 100-card set that's stacked. Back then you could land them cheaply -- even for cases -- with red-ink autos an extra draw in a simple update to the 1965 Topps re-do from earlier in the year.
Now? Those same Rookie Cards are still in there -- we just look at them differently. Last night, New York Mets pitcher Jacob deGrom struck out a career-high 14 batters and matched the MLB record of 26 quality starts set by Hall of Famer Bob Gibson to put the focus of The Big Apple on him once again. The biggest driver -- arguably the breakout card -- in this one in recent years has been Mookie Betts after his American League MVP showing last season ... but he's not the only notable here.
Also found in this set? Masahiro Tanaka, James Paxton, Billy Hamilton, Xander Bogaerts, Nick Castellanos, George Springer, Kyle Hendricks, Jose Abreu and Jose Ramirez. Some of then have very few Rookie Cards from that year -- and there's ink for many of them in these boxes, too.

When it comes to Chicago Cubs World Series autographed memorabilia, Fanatics has it covered
The Chicago Cubs' World Series championship has prompted plenty of memorabilia and, of course, with that success comes high demand and higher costs for companies to get players to sign.
That's the price of doing business.
But for Fanatics there's plenty of business -- and plenty of autographed memorabilia -- for Cubs fans to chase including high-dollar ticket items like this 12-baseball shadowbox as part of an impressive and deep array of World Series memorabilia that might not have been seen before for a championship squad.
Black November Wave 4 is here -- and here are five deals to consider
If you hadn't noticed, there are a number of boxes with discounted prices now over on the mothership as BlowoutCards.com's Black November Wave 4 hits today.
Many of the discounts were dramatic enough that Buzz had to sit down and ponder the possibilities in many of the boxes and cases -- and here are five boxes that caught this collector’s eye.
2014 Topps Heritage High Number baseball set
The Cubs won the pennant -- and plenty more -- and the 1965 Topps pennant design is the home to the only Rookie Card for one of the World Series champions' best (and under-appreciated) pitchers in Kyle Hendricks. That's the easy guarantee from a set that's loaded with Rookie Cards and has an autograph inside every box. Also big in this one? RCs and autographs for Mookie Betts, Jose Abreu, Billy Hamilton, and Jacob deGrom as well as cards for Masahiro Tanaka, Joe Panik, George Springer and more. With a discount now's the time to pick one up.Chicago Cubs' World Series berth gets first wave of Topps Now cards
The Chicago Cubs are headed back to the World Series and Topps has the cardboard to prove it.
Less than 24 hours after the team clinched its first National League pennant since 1945, Topps Now cards are on the way documenting the big win -- but for only 24 hours via Topps.com.
There are Kris Bryant autographs -- a first for the player in the line -- along with Relics and standard cardboard as part of today's 16-card lineup.
Kyle Hendricks has as many Rookie Cards as Cardinals had hits last night
He's not only overlooked on the field, he's overlooked on cardboard, too.
Chicago Cubs pitcher Kyle Hendricks took a no-hitter into the ninth last night in St. Louis but lost it when Jeremy Hazelbaker took him yard.
The result was still the same, though, as it was a one-hitter for his 15th win of the season, upping his record to 15-7 with a MLB-leading 2.07 ERA -- impressive stats for a guy who has just a single Rookie Card.
